Sketch Frenzy Friday

Happy Wednesday!

My good blogging buddy Sharon Field has recently joined the Sketch Frenzy Friday Creative Team.

Here is this week's sketch:

Here is my take on it:

The DSP is from the SU (retired) Spring Fling pack. I used Regal Rose to stamp the Flower in Silhouette (retired) and the sentiment, which is from the Best Yet set (retired).

Purse Set

Happy Sunday & Happy Father's Day!
I created this Summery purse and matching wallet using SU (retired) Flowers For You DSP with Tempting Turquoise card stock and ribbon. The flowers were misted with Champagne Shimmer Paint and were attached with rhinestone brads. The Congratulations stamp is from the Well Scripted set. I used velcro for the wallet closure. btw, Flowers for You and Tea Party DSPs are my all-time favorites.
Happy crafting!

Box It Up Stamp Cleaner Carrier

Happy Wednesday!

I made this stamp cleaner carrier for last week's 3D challenge at PCP. You can find the Box It Up template here.

I used pink card stock for the base. The striped and flower paper is from the retired SU Petals & Paisley DSP. The crafting themed stamps are from a retired SU set. I hand-cut each image and attached with pop dots.

Next time I would make the box double-sided so the regular stamp cleaner could go on one side and the Staz On cleaner on the other side.

Thanks for stoppping by.

Awesome Stamping Day

Happy Sunday!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I had an awesome stamping day yesterday. My SU demo, Raissa, had a fabulous stamping event at her home. We had a lot of fun and laughs, yummy goodies to eat, and made four fabulous projects. Of course, I have pictures to share!

Here is a picture of Raissa and me:

The first card we made was a magical marquee card. I had never made one before. It is so neat! Here is the front view:

Love the sliding view when the card is opened.

Next we made a Fourth of July card using a stamp set from the new Summer Mini. It is hard to see in the picture, but there is glitter on the little stars and the tops of the candles. The red, embossed piece on the bottom of the card is a metal sheet.

I just love the tropical card we made using the Tropical Party stamp set and Square Lattice embossing folder, both of which are in the Summer Mini. I ordered the embossing folder last week and am now kicking myself that I didn't get the stamp set too. It is available until August 30 though...

And finally, to make me kick myself even more, we made our last project with the Tropical Party set too! The little box and four 3x3 cards are just so cute.

Thank you Raissa!
